As the manager of Styles Checks Call Center, I would like to take the opportunity to respond to customer Roz's complaint. There wasn't enough information in the complaint on this site for me to investigate fully what occurred with the customer. Styles Checks is a member of the Better Business Bureau of Maryland with an outstanding record. Some of the allegations that this particular customer has made are unfounded and completely false. We follow the strictest guidelines in regard to the FTC and other commerce guidelines. Our Customer Satisfaction Index Scores are well above the national average for similar type companies. We pride ourselves on servicing our customers in the most friendly and efficient manner and to provide them with a quality product at a fair price. We have an active customer base of over 7 million customers with the vast majority rating us above the national average in customer service, quality and price. Although rare, errors do occur at times that may cause a customer to experience delays in shipment or other customer service related issues but we do what we can to appease the customer and to find resolution if at all possible. In the extreme rare event that we are not able to appease a customer, or if that customer did not receive the service that we expect all of our customers to receive, and they feel that they have exhausted all efforts in getting resolution, we encourage that customer to contact their BBB and file a complaint at which the complaint can be responded to in a professional manner via a third party.
