This case is old but I wanted to respond as I just read it. I don't kow all that was going on in Stylus but I know some things. I met Thomas shortly after stylus was changed to world management group. Ted and Thomas were business partners and shortly after Ted screwed Thomas out but really forced Him out and continued running the company. Ted from what I read in many of the reports was the one that was responsible for accounts payables, Thomas concentrated on the company as a whole. I remember Thomas being quiet upset about the forced buyout and screwing him out of a company that he helped create without leaving him any funds or him getting paid. I think he was understood the importance of having good business partners. Ted was the money guy and not a lot of people knew him, but Thomas was the one that worked there everyday, and so he had more to loose I know for a fact he had no money from that..that being said it is terrible that kids and employees got screweD and I hope Karma comes back to everyone that hurt someone intentionally.
