Do not give this person your money! I have never worked for her nor am I related to her in any way. I met her at one of her seminars last year, signed up for her services and cannot get a response to save our souls!

My husband and I both hired her to help us with our credit. We gave her $4300 of our hard earned dollars. Then we tried to contact her to see how things are going. Wow! Talk about disappear with your money! We can't get a return e-mail, her website has been down for months, and no one answers the phone. Don't bother to leave messages because no is going to return your call!

Beware of Tracy Ballard and Success Credit Services! They are out to get your money and give you nothing in return! She travels the seminar circuit. I found her through the Russ Whitney Real Estate Education group. Please beware, you do not want to give this person your money.

I, too, am interested in knowing if there is any lawsuit going. If you are aware of one, please contact us.

Not Tracy's Fault

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sorry, to hear about your problem but Tracy is not completely at fault. She was stipped by the FTC (Fed. Trade Commission) because they said she couldn't and shouldn't have taken up front money. "Bull s**t" I say: If she didn't get up front money she probably would never (in most case's) be paid as she is dealing with some people who don't pay their bills. The FTC shut her down and has had he company tied up and all her records. They won't let her back into business and have frozen everything she owns. They picked on her out of about 500 different credit people because she was making money and was giving a service. They let the other ones slide because they are not making money because they are phonies. Tracy asked to let her contact her people and square away who she was working on, they would not comply. Tracy has since become very ill and has not worked a day since then, she is depressed because a lot of people counted on her and she is not able to help them all because of the lousy FTC. They should try picking on the real scamers. Tracy has been in business for many years and done one hell of a job. Tracy is down but not out. Give it time and lets see what happens. Don't be so quick as to condemn her blame the Fed. Trade commission for being such jerk offs.
