Bradley & son Josh was referred to me by my neighbor. Although their business card & sign on their company truck said they were licensed & insured, after checking with the AZ Registrar of Contractors, I found this to be untrue & they have sinced changed the sign on their truck. There is also work to be finished at my neighbor's & their phone calls & emails have not been returned either.



Bradley Sullivan did not show up when planned/promised & did not return phone calls or emails when I inquired as to why they weren't here to finish their work.



Work that was not finished:



Doors/Materials for installation of doors paid for & not delivered:



2 French Beveled doors @ $100 each: $200. (see photos)



Materials for framing French doors: $100.



Work left to be done that has been paid for:



Paint house fascia boards, 3 window flower benches, 2 entry doors, & finish trim of studs moved for screens of patio (see photos)



Install 4 rake tiles on both sides of 2 window overhangs (see photos)



Trim & glue carpet on step down opening to patio & repair carpet where it was cut too short & patched (see photos)



Bradley did a very sloppy job of laying the patio carpet. Even after asking him not to, the carpet was cut by laying old carpet pulled up from the floor of the patio & laid on top of new carpet cut to the very same size, therefore, the new carpet was too short on one end, in a corner & in some other areas. Bradley said it would be OK & that way of cuttng the carpet was the fastest way to do it.



Work took place over a period of 2 weeks before Memorial Day. I was pushed into picking out paint colors for my home, paying for work that wasn't done, & buying 2 French doors without a contract. Bradley was supposed to come back Wednesday 6-2, after Memorial Day weekend to finish the patio carpet & install the doors. I have not heard from him or seen him since as to when he will finish the work. He refuses to answer my emails or return my phone calls.



I looked up Sullivan's address & took a friend to his house on Saturday, July 10th, to inquire why he wouldn't return phone calls or emails & to see the French doors he had not delivered. Bradley refused to come to the door but son Josh showed me the doors. Josh couldn't find the frame work for the doors that Josh had stated in an email that his dad Bradley had already started. I told Josh I wanted my money back for the doors & the framing materials that I had paid him for & I would forget the rest of the work not done. I decided that I did not want to take the chance of Bradley Sullivan returning to my home to install the French doors & him possibly leaving me hanging with another unfinished job for over a 6 weeks & a patio door size opening to my home. The amount of the refund would have been $300 for the doors & framing materials. Josh stated his Dad did not have the cash or would not write a check until Thursday, July 15.



On July 15th, I had not heard from the Sullivans as promised by phone or email as to how we were going to settled work paid for & not completed & the refund for the doors. Much to my surprise, as I was getting ready to leave to the airport to visit my ill daughter in Indiana, the Sullivans trespassed on my property & put the doors on my carport with a note that said, "As requested here are your doors." I did not want the doors & had asked for a refund after 2 licensed contractors told me they would not install as Bradley Sullivan said they would & I did not trust Sullivan to finish the job in a timely or quality manner. Bradley Sullivan once again did not have the common courtesy of speaking to me or the professionalism of ringing my door bell to let me know that he was outside my home with the doors. The reason - he knew I had asked for a refund & he was OK with RIPPING me off for the work NOT completed that was paid for & the money paid for the materials for framing the doors!



BEWARE of these 2 scumbags that call themselves handymen of Sullivans Handyman Services! They are dishonest, unreliable, have very poor work ethics & will rip you off. Bradley Sullivan offered me a 1 year warranty on the painting of my house but if he won't return phone calls or emails, how is he going to make his warranty good? He is NOT! He also offered me a $200 credit toward any future work that I would like done because of all everything that has happened. I would NOT EVER have him return to my home again & even if I agreed to his offer of credit toward more work, I would not be able to reach him to tell him so. As others have stated in their complaints, they just gave up on Bradley Sullivan returning to finish work not completed, I am going to pursue every avenue I can to keep this from happening to other home owners. Also, I would like to tell you how much Bradley Sullilvan thinks of his young daugher (she sounds 6 or 7 years of age on his voicemail).  He puts her up to answering his voice mail messages saying "My Daddy must be very busy out working very hard & he will call you back as soon as possible" or something very close that effect.  Now what kind of Daddy is that when he don't stand behind his word & what kind example is Bradley Sullivan setting for his daughter?!  Bradley you should be ASHAMED of yourself!
