Summit Legal Group William O'toole, Randy Baker, Solomon Mortgage Loan Modification Fraud. They took $2,000 and did not render service. Boca Raton, Florida
This company assured us that we would get an extension of 3 month - 24 months to prevent foreclosure. They stated they would be able to get the lender to comply with a loan modification.
William O'toole was supposed to provide up to 4 hours of consulting in addition to letters and correspondence with our lender.
Nothing was provided once my wife and I paid the $2,000. They then stated they faxed a loan modification to our lender. I called our lender and they said nothing was received. Summit Legal then sent me an email attachment showing the fax they claimed they sent. This fax was nothing more then a standard form loan modification they used from the govt. "HOPE" program. No cover letter stating they were a law firm and were trying to do a loan modification etc. Summit then said they faxed it so their obligation was done. I told them they didn't complete any of the points in our agreement. This Solomon then just hung up on me. Then I sent them a follow up email outlining all the services they did not provide and told them I would report them to the Florida Bar Association and Attorney General.
Then Solomon followed up with a new email stating I would get a refund. However, my wife and I have not received any refund. Now they will not return emails or phone calls. This company is a total scam and now have read 3 other reports on ripoff reports where they did the same thing to other people.
They need to be shut down to prevent them from collecting thousands of dollars from innocent people who are desperatly trying to save their homes.

Many people have been the victims of Summit Legal Group and it is time to fight back.
At one time, Randy Baker, Solomon Macari, and Aren Anderton were park of another fraud called Baker, Kennedy, and Associates. This firm, since disolved, is the subject of a lawsuit filed by the Florida Attorney General on April 13. The Florida Bar is also well aware of Summit Legal. William Timothy O'Toole has been admonished but it has nothing to do with the mortgage fraud that has taken place over the past year since Baker, Macari, and Anderton came on board. You should contact Shirley Coleman. Her number is 407-515-3262.
