Summit Realty Group John Manno, Tim Mano Stop Payment on my last commission check when I told them that I am leaving- Owes me money as I have judgement against the company. Will be collecting.. one way or the other. Newport Becah California
John Manno and Tim Manno lied to me, gave me false information. Asked me to do illegal stuff in real estate which I refused. They stop payment on my last check when I gave my notice. They filed false report with DRE about me which was rejected. I filed a law suite in Orange County court and have a judgement recorded against him. He closed down the corportation after he lost and restarted the corporation with different name.
Watch out he has habbit of opening companies and closing them just to fool you. He moves, changes his mailing address, website address and use his wife's name "CindyMAnno" to registger businesses and website. Tim cannot do anyting because of his issues with the law. ANY AGENT READING THIS ... YOU WILL BE A VICTIM SOON IT IS NOT MATTER OF "IF" IT IS MATTER OF WHEN.
Watch out for his tactics to criminalize you, get you upset, unhappy and fight with him so that he can so called "fire you" and keep your money. His independent cotract agreement is also full of "SH***". He knows many loop holes of the industry and takes advantage. In simple words, he has not followed the law in my case and your attorney can search judgement that I have against him in Orange county court. You will file all the details..
He kept my commission and seems like there are many more victims....I am available to answer any questions and provide a TRUE REFERENCE if you are thinking of joing his organization and or in a situation with him already.
He thinks he kept my money but he has lost a whole lot more that he could have made with me. I guess it doesn't matter if you are able to rip off people and get easy money. Manno... your days are counted...It is coming to you just like your brother.

The only way you will get paid from John Manno is to get FBI to take the case and investigate John and Tim manno for stealing commissions from his employees and burying himself in LLC's . He and Tim are guilty but they are protected from companies, and LLC, Family trusts. We need to investigate and follow the money trail of where and how they paid for their homes. The FBI is the only way , otherwise don't waste your money and better off to quit SRG and work somewhere else now. This is beyond a ponzi sceme this is criminal activity with no penalty. Don't be a victim. Contact me if you wish through the ripoff report . We need an attorney who can take it to the FBI. This guy needs to be stopped now.

Regarding the mention of a class act law suit, what attorney can we call. I took classes in real estate saying we could lose our license if we misrepresented or didn't put the company name in advertising. John Manno gets away with confiscating broker commissions and he is still practicing. Really??? Wow
