Policy is you must pay for a full 30 days before you can cancel your monthly contract where they auto draft your account monthly for your selected tanning level.  I signed up on the 4th of the month so that first payment was pro-rated, less 3 days as they bill on the 1st of each month. I called on the 4th of the following month to cancel, 3 days after they auto drafted me for the 2nd month, however, they would not end my contract on the 4th of the second month and refund me a partial refund as I had fulfilled a payment equal to one month. So they got a second months payment out of me. If they can pro-rate the first months charge to get you signed up they won't pro-rate a refund after I paid FOR 30 DAYS. 

THIS COMPANY LIVES BY THAT MONTHLY AUTO DRAFTS IN HOPES YOU FORGET TO WORRY ABOUT TANNING AND DONT CALL IN TIME TO CANCEL. THEY HAVE DRAFTED YOUR ACCOUNT FOR AN EXTRA MONTH AND GOTCHA

BIGGEST RIPP OFF OTHERWISE WHY NOT PAY FOR A MONTH AND IF YOU SHOW UP AFTER 30 DAYS AND WANT TO TAN THEN YOU PAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH AT THAT TIME. 

SUN TAN CITY LIVES BY THE MONTHLY AUTO DRAFT SYSTEM.......NOT SERVICE.......RIP OFF
