Suncoast Electric & Air Gave an incrediblely high estimate then charged me for an estimate and didn't give us a copy of the estimate Hollywood, Florida
Creep came and gave us an over the top estimate for electrical repairs and charged us $59.00 after we paid him for his retarded estimate he {Brent} refused to give us a written estimate and left abruptly! When we called him on the phone he said that it was a verbal estimate what a LIAR and Cheat! Do not ever use this creep or his company if you don't want to get RIPPED OFF!

We apologize that you feel as though your estimate was not a strong valuation of the work that needed to be done. The job was a 'high risk' job involving several existing components that were deemed unsafe and with that being the case, we simply CANNOT write an estimate on paper for a service offered to find out that the existing unit is unrepairable or needs to be replaced, I hope you understand.
Suncoast believe very highly in transparency and our policy for technicians is as follows, 'If you find that a client must have an answer, provide them with a verbal estimates as such. This project could cost anywhere between A and B dollars with an expected development time of between X and Y dates." We strive for our technicians to outline all particulars within the written proposal once they have had adequate time to consider every aspect of the requested work.
