To the #1 employee, Cheryl of Clearwater Florida did not file an anonymous complaint or her name and place of residence would not be above her comment. That just further acknowledges your ignorance #1 employee. For you the # 1 employee are the one that is anonymous. Upon investigation it has been made clear that yes Dr.Brian Wolstein is scamming patients and their insurance companies. Dr. Brian Wolstein has done this to many patients, and still continues to do so. I hope everyone will continue to follow through and not let this man get away with this. I know I will.

I to have recently been a victim of Dr.Brian Wolsteins fraudulent charges. I was also injured In a car accident and treated at suncoast. I was charged for a lumbar injection I never received from a pharmacy he claims to own. Westchase pharmacy. Dr. Brian also has charged me for several chiro adjustments I did not receive as well. As well as getting more financial advice from him than medical treatment. Someone needs to put a stop to this facility charging people for services not rendered. Its stealing, stealing is against the law. Brian Wolstein needs to be held accountable for his actions. Along with a few members of his staff. I have written proof of this as well. For the services I have been charged for but never received . I agree Complete Fraud.

First of all, I would hope that no one trusts an anonymous complaint. If it were valid, they could have gone to any legitimate agency to seek a remedy. This is most likely a disgruntled former employee or a patient who is upset they didnt benefit financially from their accident.
We see hundreds of patients each year and, if this had any credibility, we would not only have large numbers of complaints, but would probably be shut down. The government oversight of medical practices is incredibly stringent. We would never treat patients with a certain dollar figure either as a goal or a limit and if there are physicians that stop treatment in order to leave money for the patient instead of when it is medically beneficial, I would advise you to steer clear of that practice.
