The existence of SungEel's Lithium Ion Battery Recycling Plant in our neighborhood is a threat and a risk to our residents. There is no assurance whatsoever that no leakage of toxins could go to the water supply and the air we breathe. I'm not the only one bothered by presence of this establishment. If you ask most citizens of Endicott, I believe that the vast majority of us are not in favor having this anywhere near us.

SungEel - Danish Mir states he can not guarantee the safety of residents and children.
Sungeels process emits Dioxins and PFAS. They want to open an incinerator 50' from homes.
This is not safe. The EPA needs to step in and take control!
