Sunny Beauty Supply All the staff who are orientals. refused me a refund the day after my purchase (as I met the return policy) then ignored me as I kept asking for the refund. Douglasville Georgia

I purchased a shampoo-conditioner combo product and tried to return it the next day. Their policy states I can return a item 1 day after purchase. However he said I used the product which was false. After my internet reserch that evening, the product was not the correct type of product I needed for my hair.
The day before when I purched my items (I spent $60) he chased a black woman to her car and accused her for stealing. She came back in and was outraged. After she left he started telling me she could have hid the item in her car, so he was calling her a theif. Now here I was the very next day wanting to return my item I purchased and he accused me for using the item.
He has a trust issue with his customers and thinks everyone is trying to steel. I rerported his actions to my bank and thery are working with me to get my money refunded. Poor service and I feel he has a dis-stain for Americans based on his treatment I witnessed.
