Sunny Sky Travel ripoff Orlanda Cocoa Beach 5 days & 4 nights fraudulent billing; false fax telemarketers Altamonte Springs Florida
On 4/10/03 we purchased a vacation package for $359 that inclulded 5 Days & 4 Nights Orlando/Cocoa Beach plus 2 free disney tickets with two complimentary round trip airline tickets and would spend part of the morning at a resort presentation via a Fax Telemarketer (800-639-5079) with Sunny Sky Travel. Now that we are trying to make travel arragements I have learned that the Fax Telemarketer (800-639-5079) has cancelled its contract with Sunny Sky Travel. Sunny Sky Travel telephone number is no longer in service and under investigation for fraudulent billing banks and credit cards. I have been transferrd around to several areas: (Reservation:800-828-6144; ALU: 727-230-0038; and the Florida Police:407-665-6948. What a disappointment! Our vacation has been ruined. Please help us get our money back.

I experienced the same as Vickie with one exception they charge my checking account a second time without authorization for an additional $198.00. The initial so called purchase was for $296. so they got me for a total of $494.00 I've called FTC, FCC, Federal Faud Agencie, Atorney General offices of N.C. and Fl. of course with "NO" response or action. Is there no one who can stop these guys. My Bank was no help either. I know that they (Sunny Sky) were using Bank of America. They were no help and they don't care, how that for advertisement Bank OF America. Sunny Sky Travel just resently close their accts. I do have more info that may be of help in building a case and also give you names of others who have been victimized. I too would like nothing better than getting my money back. More than that I'd like to see these guys put away for this crime..
