Sunnyside Audi Mr. Steve Tonovitz Disrespectful Unprofessional Business Practise Middleburg Heights Ohio
This was our Experience at Sunnyside Audi. / 7660 Pearl Road. Middleburg Heights Ohio 44130 / 440-243-5588 On Sunday January 24, 2016 three of us went to 4 dealerships after investigating multiple Audi A5 used for sale. The dealership was closed and we took the opportunity to view the car in question. We returned on Thursday January 28, 2016 about 6:15pm. Walking into the show room we were directed to a saleman, his greeting was welcoming and he asked questions and then pulled the car up front and plated it so we could take it for a test drive. Upon returning, we engaged in conversation with him on the car, its history and maintenance records. He was informative and thorough. We then made an offer based on comparables like / similar. He turned around and asked the man at the Desk directly behind him to come over; He was the Used Car Sales Manager. His demeanor was Curt, Dismissive and he Laughed at us for the offer we made. He went on looking at the desk, on how much money he had put into the car and he stated: There is No Way!, laughing once again. We came there with check book in hand to pay cash for the car, no trade, no hassle. All other companies we visited, all sales people, all managers were respectful, helpful and polite. THIS WAS WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST EXPERIENCE- JERRY MORE GIVES SALES OF AUTOMOBILES INDIVIDUALS A VERY VERY BAD NAME. He contributes to the mis-trust, the jokes made and the growing trend to purchase and deal on-line avoiding this in-appropriate behavior.
I state to all that read this: Find Another Dealership—SUNNYSIDE AUDI FAILS !!! Called And Spoke with the General Manager, he was polite, said he would look into the situation and Call back. He did and his message was apologetic, stated the Used Car Sales Mgr. was reprimanded, also stated that no trade cash deal- should have not walked away without a car! The Sales person called shortly after, no deal, this appears to All Be Lip Service ---SCALE 1 TO 10, 10 BEING THE BEST, SUNNYSIDE AUDI IS A MINUS --------40 !!!! Now The General Manager REFUSES TO SELL A CAR TO US ! He stated : Because we reported them to the Better Business Bureau !!!! WHO WILL REPRIMAND THE GENERAL MANAGER NOW ??? Mr. Tonovitz states I hung up on him 3 times, funny, I spoke with him the first time and hung up only after the conversation was over, mutually, the next time I ended the call and alerted him of it due to his crass, demanding mean demeanor stating almost shouting how he had to respond to the BBB report we had filed and therefore Would Not Sell us a car.

I have been obtaining vehicles and having them serviced at Sunnyside (Middleburgh Heights) Audi since 2004. This kind of behavior is not typical at all. Your comments does not say what you offered versus the selling price or a Kelly Bluebook comparison. For all we know, it could have been an insultingly low offer. Could there be a bad apple in their sales force, certainly. Just as there are bad apples when it comes to consumers.

To date, Nothing Has Been Done !!! The Demeanor, Lack of Professionalism, Rude and Threatening Behaviour of Mr. Tonovitz remains open. How can Audi International permit this Image on there Company ??? Mr. Tonovitz Threatened me on the phone and stated " You will never Buy a that Car or Any car from Me "
Will someone Kindly Help !
The Cleveland Car show the Company Rep. stated to us " I hope you are not refering to SunnySide Audi " "cause I have has some many people today tell me how terrible there experience was with that dealership " I asked " Why isn't something being done ? It makes the Audi Company look terrible ! He just shook his head.
