SUNSET SIGNINGS LLC Steve Encarnacion-Kilgore I was hired to do a closing by sunset signings on 10/01/2009. I have never been paid. Made numerous calls and faxes with no communication from Steve. He stole my time, toner, gas mileage. , Internet
I have been ripped off by Sunset signings located in Ramona, CA. I was hired by Steve Encarnacion-Kilgore. I performed a perfect mortgage refinance, on 10/ 01/ 2010 and have yet to be paid. I have called the company numerous times and all I get is an answering machine. I have also faxed the original fee agreement numerous times with no results. To my dismay I discovered Sunset Signings has a negative reputation on the notary sights. This company is notorious for hiring unsuspecting notaries (government officials) to perform services and then keeping the pay. I called the title company they informed me sunset signings was paid 17 days after the closing. Mr. Kilgor is raking it in while stiffing those who do the work for him. While I would love to be recompensed for my work, I would take delight in seeing this thief be put out of business!!! It is very irritating to me to think of title companys paying him for the work that he didn't do.
