Ok here are the Facts :

1.) On January 7, 2007 i purchased a camera package from the via the phone after seeing it on Ebay.

2.) January 7, 2007 as quick as lightning they gladly charged $1,357.98 USD to my credit card.

3.) I was told at time of sale that the item would ship from 3-5 days after the purchase and i would recieve an email confirming this and that i can check on the website too.

4.)5 days pass and i have recieved no email so on the 6th day i email them. there is no response.

5.) Day 7 i email again. No response.

6.) Day 10 I call. I wait about 20 minutes for someone to answer he asks what my problem is and puts me on hold. 20 minutes later someone answers and asks what the problem is i tell them i want to know if it has shipped and they say yes then hang up.

7.)Day 12 i send another not so nice email asking for the shipped date or a refund so i can shop somewhere that is prudent with their service. Again no answer.

8.) Day 14 i send another very similar email with yet again no reply.

9.) Day 16 i get an email saying they will look into it. Nothing since.

10.) This is day 20. I have spent the entire day posting reviews everywhere i can find to warn others and i will call again tonight.

Now today when i searched the net like i should have done from the start i have found 100's and i mean 100's of the same thing i am going through posted everywhere. There are reports of everything from not getting anything from them to recievng refurbished, Gray Market, or totally wrong orders.

I am not naieve and i understand there is not a company on this planet that has 100% customer satisfaction. However i think the amount i have seen is way too much. I also looked up the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and wouldnt you know it they have a very poor rating from them with several unresolved customer issues.

It is really sad that there are companies out there who will take advantage of people like this. I work in the middle of the desert in Afghanistan on a military base for my money. It gets to 150 degrees most of the summer long. I do not deserve this from anyone and neither does anybody else. I advise strongly that you stay away from this company as they are bad news
