I suppose most people will view a former SSA participant's comments with some discrimination, but I would like to add some evidence to the scam argument anyway. Despite what was said in the previous rebuttal, Sunshine Subcription Agency IS out for your money. I put a stop payment on a check after the sales person left because I couldn't find SSA when I checked Google or the Internet Directory for Vero Beach. I looked a little farther and found a description of magazine scams that this young woman's pitch fit perfectly. I few weeks after putting a stop payment on the check I received a notice from a collection agency called Check Game Solutions demanding payment plus $30 for fees. Some good will organization SSA is! If you do an internet search on "Check Game Solutions" you'll see some interesting posts about another Vero Beach organization called Universal Subscription Agency. It was a short step from there to Rip-off Report where I got the information on Sunshine. It's interesting how Check Game Solutions- which is listed- is tied up with these different subscription agencies and has been accused of violations of its own.

Sunshine is NOT a scam. You do get your magazines. Yes, sometimes mix-ups and things happen but these kids and this company are not out for your money. They really do get an awesome trip and you really do get your magazines. There are other people who do this too ya know, like ISS and ACSI that are totally different from sunshine and they have problems too. They aren't trying to scam you either. I don't care what you guys think. I used to work for the company and when they come to my door I'll gladly help them with a couple hundred points for their awesome trip.
