Sunstate Timeshare of Daytona Beach and their employees, Sally Wood and Bryan Fuller, stole my hard-earned money.

I purchased a timeshare resale from SunState Realty off of E-Bay in 5/14. I paid $711.99. To this date, I have received nothing in paper or email to confirm this.

Sunstate's E-Bay profile is valuegetaways. On May 8th, I bid and won an auction off E-Bay which sold the deed to a timeshare (Holiday Inn, formerly Escapes! To Galveston Condominium) in Galveston. The item number is: 261465645321, which E-Bay can verify. Sally Wood, an agent of Sunstate, contacted me via email requesting payment, and I paid for the item within 48 hours. I can provide documentation for this via my Visa credit card statement. No receipt or other documentation was sent to me from her office, even though I requested this while I was on the phone with her. She said that it would take some time to process the deed and such.

On June 4th, I emailed her and she replied stating that she was waiting on the deed to come back from the owner. On June 12th I emailed again; she replied that the owner was on vacation and that she should receive it next week. On July 3rd, I tried calling the home office to deal with another agent. After visiting their website at: http://sunstatetimeshare.com/contactus.html, I found and emailed:[email protected]. The email was returned undeliverable. I called the phone number listed: 386-252-3456; it was out of service. She emailed me on July 4th that she was out of the office and that she would get back with me on Monday July 7th. She stated that she was sick. I received an email from a colleague of hers and they verified that the deed was mailed to the Galveston County Clerk's Office on July 11th. On July 14th I emailed her again; still no response. I called the Galveston County Clerk's Office and after digging through public records and speaking with the file clerk himself, I discovered that the deed and quit claim had never been filed with his office. I called her office again and finally reached her on July 25th. She verified that she sent the documents on July 11th. I asked that she send a copy of the deed to me immediately, by email. She did and as I had her on the phone I read the document from top to bottom and discovered that although it was filled out correctly, the owners signed the wrong documents and what they did sign, I have no ownership of, as the document they signed is not the property I bought, nor is my name or address anywhere on it. She admitted her mistake and after a very long, honest conversation, she said that she would rectify everything to correct her mistake and would mail the correct paperwork to the county clerk's office. She stated that there were a lot of new people in the office that was leading to the confusion. I asked that she email me the new document mail a copy of the correct document via certified mail to me. She emailed me on July 29th stating that the deed was going to be mailed by registered mail.

On August 23rd, I emailed her again, as I had heard nothing from the clerk's office or her office. Today, on August 28th, I researched public records through the Galveston County Clerk's office online website and again, discovered that no paperwork had been filed. I called to let her know that I would be filing with her local BBB office, and naming her and Sunstate Realty in my documentation. I have every email correspondence, including those from E-Bay, and the incorrect quit claim/non-signed deed as documentation. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Florida's Division of Consumer Services.

Months have passed, and still no response. Sunstate Timeshare are frauds and it should be illegal for them to operate as a business owner in any state.

They say they have fired Sally and want to fix the problem.  It is a lie!   They do not answer and emails or phone calls!

Why are they still in business!  Don't believe them.  It is still a scam.  Coral never answers the phone or emails and

phone is still connected?
