As far as your savings account goes, are you sure that you didn't have a balance requirement? I know that banks will offer a free checking, but not a free savings since savings accounts gain interest. If there was a balance requirement, then it's not a ripoff. As far as your report overall, if you continued to have so many problems with Suntrust, why not go to another bank or credit union? I know that as long as you have a pretty decent FICO score a lot of banks may not have caused you so many issues. I don't really have too much advice, just an opinion. If you have to call your bank more than 5 times on any specific issue, then it's not the right bank for you.

Hey you this is in response to your suntrust bank account. If you would know to manage your funds better and not go crazy spending the little bit of money you have left then you would not have been over drawn on your savings account.
