Suntrust the bank keeps my account in the minize so they can charge me outrageous fees that goes into the hundreds . Kernersville North Carolina
I feel that suntrust is taking my money out of my bank account so they can keep my account in the minize so they can keep charging outragous fees.
My last paycheck I had to take out a 300.00 cash advance so we could pay our rent. I knew that the bank would make up a reason to take the money out of my account otherwise.When my check was deposited into my account I was going to use my card to buy my lunch. my card was declined. I was supposed to have 286.00 in my account. so I checked my online banking which showed that the bank charged my account 32.00 + 288.00 + 32.00. Their excuse was they charge for every 7 days your bank stays under. I openned my account at the end of december.
I borrowed my from some people hoping to have some money, but know I'm still struggling with a bank that don't care. They keep me under I'm never going to get out of debt, can you please help me?
