I was contacted by Superior Benefits regarding a new credit card that would help improve my credit rating. The cost was $299.00 and was taken from my account on 11/26/03. In return I was to receive a credit card with a limit of $2000.00/$500 cash withdrawal to reimburse me for the $299.00 payment. I was given an acct #517294 in addition to Michael Porters rep #7763 then I was told I would have the card within 3 weeks. To date I have never not received the card and when trying to call Superior Benefits the line is always busy or I am put on hold for what seems forever.

I would like to get my money back from this rip off company and see them go under.....

I am a very unsatisifed consumer. I have read your rebuttal and will not believe it until I see the money back in full. I have copied my original report below. I think it states it all very clearly. I received a call Trust Benefits on 1/8/04 basically with all of the same offers as Superior, I in turned called them on the scam. Starting on Monday the 12th I have started receiving phone calls as many as 4 a day from a guy stating he was the one who ripped me off....He has been nasty, threatening to come and get me, calling me F. B. I reported these calls to the local police. He blocks the ph #...so we can not get his ph#...he is definetly a sicko. When I checked Trust Benefits out while I was on the phone with them it turns out they to were another rip off scam connected to Superior Benefits...So please beware....I have notifed my bank and am working on retrieving my money money back.... As for their rebuttal, sounds like another scam to me....
