This company got me excited about a credit card with a payment of $299 dollars. they took it from my account on the 15 of dec 2003. It's now the 20th of January 2004 and I'm still looking out the window for a fedex truck to come and deliver. The funny thing about this is they took it again on the 2nd of January and they don't have a tracking number. I filed a complaint with the BBB to let them crack down on this company. I tried calling them but the line stays busy all the time and when you finally get connected, the agent (lena) hangs up when you ask a question they don't have the answer for.
