Please beware of doing business with this man/business. A total crook with no conscience whatsoever! Steve Spencer/Superior Diesel Reman, Fenton,MI, did great damage to our business with his lies. If you read all the other reports regarding this man/business, please believe, all is true!!!.
Our story is the same as the rest. Send the money to him. This was a 3406 rebuild. Engine would be ready in two weeks tops.
Months went by. He said engine was shipped at least 3 times. It never showed up!
This is too long of a story to recount here. Finally got engine.Upon showing up at his business with pressure from involved parties and police/detective. Engine does not run correctly. Suspected that is is not truly been remaned at all. Maybe paint, and a couple new/used parts put on.Oil is extremely dirty with few miles put on. Manifold pressue is extremely low.Truck does not run well. Going to put it in a certified CAT Shop for inspection and repair. We hold out little to NO hope for WARRanty that was suppose to come with this new engine!!
Please contact the authorities in Fenton , Mi. They do have a detective assigned to this man. They know he is a scam!
