Superior Pontiac Gmc Nissan RIPOFF SENT FALSE DOCUMENTS TO THE FINACE COMPANY Dearborn Michigan
I purchased a car from superior nissan in may 2006. I want a fully loaded pontiac grand prix but it was to much money. So I took a factory model with nothning in there. Not knowing at the time the my sales person and the finace person lilana sinishtaj had add componets to my vehicle that I dont have like leather seats,moon roof,power seats, chrome wheels, navigation system,boosticabuic sound system.
This is a sport package which I dont have. Also they sent fake paper work that I didnt give them. It was a check stubb that they made on there desktop computer. Which said I made a boat load of money. I don't understand why they did this. Maybe to boost the value of the car so they get more out of the deal and im stuck with a huge car not. The bad thing about it is they had a fully loaded vehicle why didnt they give me that vehicle. They most of thought I was going to find out but there wrong. I didnt understand it a well known dealership that gets people into cars that need help. They didnt help me in any way. So when I called them about it they acted like they didnt know what I was taking about. Saying our dealership doesnt do anything like that. Well you did the deal and know your going to pay.
