Superstar Sales ripoff Gig Harbor Washington
A sales girl for a magazine Co. calle Superstar Sale Inc. sold me a subsciption that I thought was only 12.50 but when she left I looked at it further and it was for $ 66.50 I called to cancel that day. They said all cancelations had to be filled out on one of the copies and sent in within 3 business days. I did it that day. 13 days later I looked at my bank account online and saw that I was charged $66.50 I called after a long wait. Someone there told me they never received my cancelation letter. I said that figures is that your standard answer to everyone? I wanted to talk to someone in charge, she gave a manager whose phone rang and then a answer machine. I left a message. I called back and asked if there was someone else in charge??? No just that person she said, so she rang again I left another message ticked off I said I was going to get a hold of the General Attorney's office. I tried calling back and the phone just rang nothing not even a recorded message. I called using a phone card and got through strange I thought did they block me for calling anymore. Then I got a call from the lady saying she found my canceled letter and the money would be put back in my account tomorrow. I told her thanks but the matter was not over after I saw this web site on many complaints to them. We should all get together on this and do a class action law suit against this company!!!!
