I made a purchase of product I never received ($135.00) for TrackR Devices.
When I attempted to contact this companies customer service ([email protected]) to ask where my order via email it was bounced back with the following information:
Final-Recipient: RFC822; <[email protected]> Action: failed Status: 5.1.1 Remote-MTA: dns; smtp.secureserver.net (72.167.238.29) Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 5.1.1 <[email protected]> Recipient not found. <http://x.co/irbounce>
Needless to say the TrackR (https://www.thetrackr.com/ ) is working just fine but good luck with anyone getting what they order.
I welcome any law firm to contact me for the Class Action Lawsuit as I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Please, for anyone else out there do not waste your time or money with this unscurpulous company as it appears that they are akin to fleas and bed bugs and the maggots of society.
