I have tried multiple times to cancel service with this company yet for almost a year after my business has been closed they still continue to take money from my account. I asked fro a supervisor and was put on hold forever and they were the most rude customer service people I have ever dealt with in my life. They continue to charge my business account and will not stop and refund me. They say they are part of PayChex but dont have even close to the same service or quality people to help.

I'm very sorry to hear about this situation and would love to help. We do have a termination policy that includes completing documentation as to how a customer would like us to handle reporting, W-2s and other tax related issues. Until the customer completes this form a minimum service fee is charged. Because we automatically pay and file payroll taxes for our customers we are required to follow certain procedures. Our customer service is extremely important to us and that is part of the reason that the Better Business Bureau gives us such a high rating (A+). I'd like to help.
