Surety Lending Solutions BEWARE!!! All Preservation Contractors!!! Run by The Worst lying, Stealing Scum Kenner / New Orleans Louisiana
In all of the years I've done preservation work, never have I come across a company that is being run by the worst lying thieves as this company, and the worst part is I don't see how a company like MCS can allow a company like Surety to represent them. There is a guy named Dustin Fleiner who is one of the management thieves, whose sole purpose is to get as much back charge and steal from the contractor vendors as possible. He will out right lie and say whatever he thinks he needs to say to get someone to work for free so he can charge companies like MCS and keep the charge amount for Surety which ends up in his pocket.
I've talked to a half dozen contractors, who have work for this scum guy, who say this company has stolen money from them. There was a time this POS would have gone to jail for what he is doing, and to top it off if you complain about what he is doing or confront him, he will threaten his little hidden clause in the agreement they want you to sign but don't give you time to read it, where it states he can terminate your contract then hold all moneies due to you for 90 days, while he figures how he can back charge you and ulitimately steal what money you had coming to you.
If there is any justice in this world someone from HUD, MCS, The State Attorney's Office, or the FEDS need to investigate this company and it's crooked management, they need to be put out of business, then put in jail.
