Robert Johnson claims to be an expert in surijuris law, he has an ebook which he sells and when you purchase that he offers you 10 hours of consulting on your case. Well I have tired to get that consulting and I set up appointments for it by phone which he never kept, he has not answered emails or phone calls. I have requested my money to be refunded but he doesn't answer or refund the money.
At this point if he offered to honor the consulting package I purchased I wouldn't want it because I couldn't trust the the information would be good. For him to say customer service is paramount and he is there for his clients yet he would not keep appointments, return emails or phone calls shows that his words are not backed up with actions.
If you are thinking of purchasing his consultation do not do it or you will lose your $110 or whatever he charges you. It would be very simple for him to just refund the money and his credibility would be intact but he hasn't done so therefore buyer beware.
I guess he thinks he knows the legal system enough that he can get away with stealing this money as it costs more to get a judgment in small claims but I want everyone to know that he does not honor his word.
