Surplus Computers Sells Defective Merchandise and Doesn't Honor Exchange Policy - Ripped Me Off! Santa Clara California
Warning, do not shop at Surplus Computers. These guys are very dishonest and have horrible sales ethics. I bought 3 computer parts there, and 2 items did not work. I went to the store the following day to make an exchange, and they would not let me...The receipt even said on it, "7 day exchange policy"
The store manager came out and he was an "A" hole. He threatened to call the cops because I was arguing and wanted to exchange my defective items. I felt they should have marked the items "defective" but they were displayed as working items and the price reflected this.
Anyway, they are a bunch of jerks who sell junk that should be thrown out. They must ripp off many people daily. I certainly will never shop there again. Most of the electronics and computer parts they sell are defective. Beware!
