Suzzane sells a number of different reports online.  Prices range from $19 to multiple hundreds of dollars.

I purchased her Discontinued products report.  Her advertisement shows "products you can easily purchase at retail stores and that sell for big money online saves you time and makes you money. "

The word "easy" is described as "without difficulty" by the dictionary.  It appears that Suzzane does not care for that expalnation, or it could be that she is knowingly lying.  Since she appears to have some level of education to write her ads, the latter appears to be true.

I spent hours and hours over a number of days looking for her suggested products where she recommended looking for them. Purchasing discontinued products is something that I have done before and made money doing.  With her report I found nothing.

Then I thought that since I have spent money on her report and chasing around for days why not ask for a refund?  After all it doesn't work for me, especially not EASILY as she advertised. Which, by the way is a lie. After the fact, when you think about it, if the items are discontinued and are bringing big $ online how easy would they be to find?

So in response to my request for a refund for her false advertising I received the following: "I am a bit confused though - can you help me understand where I guarantee that you will find the items? I am not seeing that on the sales page for the product. I certainly don't want to mislead anyone."

I explained to her about the product not being at all as advertised.  If it is easy, why is it so difficult to do?

Her response was "I can only provide the information about products that are selling on eBay and Amazon.

You may want to refer to section 13.3 of the Paypal User Agreement regarding products that are not eligible for reimbursement, which include digital and intangible goods.

13.3 Ineligible Items. PayPal Purchase Protection only applies to PayPal payments for certain tangible, physical goods. Payments for the following are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Purchase Protection"

Suzanne is well (no pun intended) aware of what she is doing.  She has form letters made to respond to the complaints she gets and then hides behind Paypal knowing they will not refund purchases even for false advertising. Because her products are intangible.  Unlike my wasted money and time.

Luckilly I only gave her a small amount of money.  I had considered buying one of her high priced products.  That could have been a bigger waste of time and money.

Save yourself some time, money and aggravation.  Suzanne is not at all what she seems to be.  She is a wolf in sheep's clothing!  My guess is her previous job at the bank she worked at was in collections!

Please, do yourself a favor, do not give her your money. You will never see it again and you will not be purchasing anything close to what her advertising suggests that you are buying!
