SW Transmissions SW Transmissions Scam Warranty - does not honor. Saint Louis Missouri
I bought transmission with 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. Within 3 months of installation the 5th gear pops out when going up a hill. They say I never registered the warranty. Even with screen shot proof and a receipt from the Installtion Company SW transmissions refuse to honor their warranty. Have a nice day is their answer. I have filed with Missouri Attorney General, The BBB in St. Louis and filing small claims lawsuit. All the messages, warranty claims, contact us emails never get any confirmations, they do not return phone calls and you are in big trouble if anything goes wrong with your order.
