Swagvault Ivan, Jun Swagvault ripped me off and won't refund (Eve online ISK) Dallas, Texas
Have made a purchase from Swagvault and my account was banned and product not delivered.
They are refusing to issue a refund and they are not responding to live support or e-mails anymore.
Also their support staff was not even speaking English. Avoid them at all costs, you will not receive anything and only waste time and money!

First of all most of these buy in game gold websites are crap and run by chinese companies.
Secondly It is against Eve onlines game policy for you to purchase ISK from a third party. I dont know the exact terminology for it but it is in the user terms that you didnt read.
Third they are in no way obligated to refund your money. However if you used paypal you can dispute with them and they will usually refund your money.
Your account got banned because you violated the user terms and agreements. Deal with it. You got what you deserved. next time earn money the old fashioned way. I have absoultely no sympathy for cheaters like you. As a fellow MMORPGer you ought to be ashamed of yourself. Most of these gold farmers or ISK farmers hack into other peoples accounts and steal gear and money from another player. How does that make you feel?
