SWEEPSTAKES CLEARINGHOUSE ripoff fraudulent ripoff business ripoff thieves DALLAS Texas
I sent a check to Sweepstakes Clearinghouse for the purchase of a set of kitchen pots and pans cookware and i never recieved the merchandise i paid for, yet it has been over a month since my check has cleared from my bank. They were very quick to deposit and cash my check, but they sure were not as much in a hurry to send out my cookware set.
I have the cancelled check from my bank and I am in the process of calling their financial institution to get as much information on them as I can, to dispute this matter to the fullest extent.
To top it off they still have the nerve to send me more offers for other items to purchase, when they can not even deliver the items I've already paid for. Thank you for all of your help. Just being able to file this report with you makes feel a little bit better about this whole, screwed-up situation.

I reciently sent money into this company for an ibm computer, and put it on layaway. well, if what im hearing is correct, i will have to wait over a year to pay on my computer and then finally recieve the computer. now what is that about? do we pay on a car for 5 years then finaly get to drive it pay on a house for 30 years then finally get to live in it, this is a little idiotic if you ask me. evry other company sends you the product then you make the payments. if i would have known i wouldnt be recieving my product as soon as i sent in my money i would have never sent them anything. i would like a refund of my money if my product is not sent in the next month. illinois consumers should be made aware of this bad business doings, just as iowa was made aware, and won their case agianst this company.

I hope this isn't the same SWEEPSTAKES CLEARING HOUSE a DIVISION of ALLIED MARKETING of Dallas, Texas that I've been doing business with for the past fifteen-plus years? My first purchase was a Singer Sewing Machine I had placed it on layaway and once my final payment was received the item was shipped, along with other purchases after that. I had not shopped with them for a few years and recently started up again, I recently received three items I purchased over the past few months, also on layaway and received them after the last payment was received. As for ripp-off I really have to be honest this has never happend to me.
