Sweet Streak Ripped me off! Do not buy from them! ripoff Moscow Idaho
I have ordered from Sweet Streak (www.SweetStreak.com) several times. The last time I ordered from them, they charged my credit card (over $300) the DAY I placed my order. After sending mutiple emails inquiring to the status of my order, they kept telling me that my order shipped. Yet, they could not provide me with a tracking #.
Two weeks went by (and I was told on 3 seperate occasions that my order shipped), and still no package. I had placed the order for an up-coming photo shoot, that had come and gone by that point. Finally, I asked them to cancel my order. The employee told me that she couldn't cancel my order. I told her that yes, she could, since it had obviously not shipped and I was supposed to receive it weeks ago.
After 2 weeks of going back and forth and being promised a refund, they FINALLY refunded me. As a repeat customer, and for the hassle of them stealing my $300 and never sending me anything, we agreed that I would receive a discount on the next order I placed with them. In my opinion, it was the least that they could do after what I had been through.
So, today, I placed an order through their website. A few hours later, I get an email from SABRINA, that they no longer wanted to do business with me. After informing her that I was due a discount from the previous order, she still said that they would not sell to me. Seems to me like they are trying to get out of the promise that they made to me, just to save a few bucks.
I am currently taking legal action against them for the money they stole of mine and used for over 3 weeks. I warn all current and future customers NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM, so you don't have to go through what I did. I don't know how they are in business anways, considering the fact that they don't stock any of their products!
