My name is Jennifer, I am the Head of Customer Service for SwipeAuctions. I am sorry to hear you have had a negative experience with our company however we do mention our membership fee several times on our final registration page. Directly above our "Start Bidding" button it reads "By clicking below you agree to the one-time charge of $159 for 300 bids".
It is policy to have a refund form completed because bank requirements state that in order to ensure that the refund is
received by the correct person, we must obtain a signed refund form to
correctly process your refund. As well similar to refund procedures in a retail store, we require an original physical signature in order to process your refund.
