Swiss Invest Group Holding located in Jona Switzerland and managed by Artur Menaker has defrauded clients of substantial fees representing his ability to both provide and monetize Bank Gurantees form class A financial institutions. Mr. Menaker has no such ability and has represented to clients on numerous occasions close dates, disbursement dates, banks, and Bank instruments all of which were delivered in bad faith intended to delay and mispresent his ability to perform. Under no circumstances should you conduct business with this firm. Mr. Menaker is facing legal action in three legal jurisdicttions, from the Swiss regulatory agency and from other governmental entities.
