Noticed a lot of reports on here about my former boss's buddy Billy houtz and wanted to warn others that they are trying the same thing here in San Antonio. Synergy Inc promises employees a base pay of 400-500 dollars a week but fail to mention that will never happen. In fact the whole job is totally commission based, then split among the team members you work with. While you split your money the boss collects more than half of it and doesn't have to lift a finger with you. This place is a total rip off. You are told the workday is 8 hours but in reality you work from 730am-6pm at Sam's clubs begging customers to get their windshield replaced. When you finally do get paid it equates to less than minimum wage. We are told those who don't want to walk around and chase after customers all day are lazy and unmotivated but in reality they want all their employees to not ask questions and just work. When you ask about pay everyone gets quiet but secretly acknowledges that they don't make the money they claim. Long story short this is a total ripoff that practices deceptive practices to get employees. I doubt they'd have anyone come in for a interview if they actually told them what the job really is. Work 6 days a week, 12 hours daily, no benefits, limited breaks if any, and a bunch of propaganda about JUICE.
