Systems Plus Computers & Internet spii.net ripoff abused & mistreated ripoff waste of time the business that doesn't give a dam East Liverpool Ohio
Had trouble getting around on the internet, which cost $18/month. Called them to complain see if something could be done about this. Told me that it was my computer.--Wrong I have 2 computers and I could not get anything on either of them.
Told me it was my phone line, Called the phone company and they ran a test on my line and nothing was wrong with it either.
Sign up for another company and low and behold was able to surf the internet.
Went to the office to complain and cancel service. Would not refund my money I even was paid in advance. Told me to leave the office and all I wanted from them was a refund.
What ever you do, if you live in the Ohio Valley do not sign up they WILL rip you off and tell you something is wrong with your computer or phone line.

I have been using Systems Plus and spii.net for nearly 15 years. I have never had a legitimate problem that was not immediately addressed. I have always found them helpful in resolving technical issues (which usually turn out to be something I did on my end). I don't think Michelle is telling us the whole story.

this is what I received in my email today: Ok, I will let you know how I see it. You didn't really have a problem, you just wanted to change services. Our policy is simple, and clear enough for a child to understand, No refunds, your account will expire when its due. I have run into people like you in the past, you have nothing better to do but complain, argue, and run other people down. If you had any computer skills you would not need support, we can only assist customers willing to be assisted, those who refuse assistance like yourself cannot be helped at all. Larry Those who can, do it. Those who cant, get education.
