I have been using Systems Plus and spii.net for nearly 15 years. I have never had a legitimate problem that was not immediately addressed. I have always found them helpful in resolving technical issues (which usually turn out to be something I did on my end). I don't think Michelle is telling us the whole story.

this is what I received in my email today: Ok, I will let you know how I see it. You didn't really have a problem, you just wanted to change services. Our policy is simple, and clear enough for a child to understand, No refunds, your account will expire when its due. I have run into people like you in the past, you have nothing better to do but complain, argue, and run other people down. If you had any computer skills you would not need support, we can only assist customers willing to be assisted, those who refuse assistance like yourself cannot be helped at all.
