T & J Moving , TEVEL BENNOON OWNER A day late in moveing me, cauesing a big problem in closeing on 2 houses DELAND Florida
Authorized Movers farmed my moveing out to T & J movers. I was scheduled to move july 30 2009. A moveing van was supposed to be at my house at 11 am july 30. Three hours later i called authorized movers to ask where was the moveing van? They give the numbrer of T & J movers it was their job now. When I spoke to the owner Tevel he said the move was not untill tomorrow at 11pm. I called Authorized Movers back and told them I had to
be out of the house today in order to close on my house tomorrow at 9 pm.(I had exlpain this to Amanda at Authorized Movers several times in the past)
She put me on the phone with the moveing coordinator and he said he would call me back. He never call back and when i called Authorized Movers again all i got was voive mail.
Finally at 7 pm i received a call from glenn a driver for T & J movers, saying they would be their to morrow at 7 am. They arrived on time and started loading my furinture. Later on in the day the driver told me that woud a extra 1700 doallars in cash because it was over
the volume limit I payed him the 1700 doallars. Thear was a 750 doallar packing service , they had nothing to pack i had already done that.
Wen the truck was full there was no room for my hdtv and some more furinture. I all i could in my car and my realistate agent's car and the rest i put in my neighbor's garage. Glenn the driver said he would be at my new home to unload at 7pm . At 8pm he called me to let me know they wouldnot be there un till tomorrow.(150 doallar overnight fee).
They finielly got me move in the next day.
