As an employee for the most part I feel bad when my customer's call in and explain what's going on that caused them to call. It's complaints like this one though that really bother me. Unless this happened quite a long time ago the price of roaming in Europe has not changed. Most of the countries in Europe are .99 a minute which of course I always recommend checking on before your trip. We do not make these prices because our service is offered in the United States. We do have our mother company in Europe but we are considered seperate entities. What that means is that we do not create the charge but instead can promise you a certain charge while roaming in that area. We also can not promise you service in those areas. I understand people are busy and that traveling causes even more chaos in your everyday life but this is your money. Call customer service and ask for the price of the area and let them educate you on roaming. You can also check for all the international charges (both roaming and dialing) at T-Mobile.com under the coverage section where you can see the areas where service is offered and the price. On another note, we would not credit an early termination fee because of charges encurred while roaming in another country.
