 I've tried to work with T-Mobile on this ongoing issue to correct my bill, I've paid over $900 to T-Mobile in the last month, I get a new bill in the mail for $1000 and I only have 2 lines with 1GB of Data and no Insurance. This is ridiculous, I called in to try and get this issue resolved and to no avail no one can help me fix this issue, all they can say is that sorry but not sorry, pay if or your lines will be disconnected. I truly hate T-Mobile and regret the day I ever switched to this carrier, I can not wait to get out of this hell hole and go back to Verizon Wireless.
