I have been with T-Mobile for 6 years and I love them and have NEVER had any problems with them. Did you have prior service with them and come back to them? That might explain a little. The best thing to do is get onto their website and figure out where to send correspondence, send them a copy of your initial contract and a copy of the bill with a letter asking them to remedy the problem. It sounds like someone's wires are just crossed.
