Every month, for the last 6 months, T-Mobile is doing an extra charge to my credit card

Every time I see an extra charge I call them and they always tell me that they do not see that extra charge, they see only one charge that is my monthy bill, and therefore that charge is not coming from them, that I shoud talk to my credit card. After that I always call my credit card requesting a dispute and in all cases my credit card gives me the money back.

In all cases I have both charges (the correct and incorrect one) made the same day and with the same description (T-Mobile Recurring)

Last month I cancelled my EasyPay to avoid having the same recurrent issue, but today I realized that I got another charge from T-Mobile, this time even worst because they are not allow to charge my credit card anymore (as I cancelled the EasyPay)

Every month I spend like 2 hours calling first T-Mobile and then calling my credit card requesting the dispute.

Any advise on what to do? I believe the option I have is to cancel my credit card to prevent having this charges anymore but I refuse to do that as it's not my fault, T-Mobile should find the problem and solve it. Can I sue them because of this?

Thanks in advance.

Would seem to me that a SCAM is stealing T-Mobile users'

account information in order to charge them on a monthly basis for services

T-Mobile has not provided. I never signed up for the automated billing payment,

et I was charged for years. I called T-Mobile on several ocasions, and they had

no idea what I was talking about. Then I called Discover Card, but I can only

dispute the last 6 months charges. I payed over $1600 for the last 24 months,

perhaps more, but Discover transaction history only goes back 2 years.

Here is the first I can recall and last transaction:

03/30/10 03/30/10 T-MOBILE RECURRING PMT 800-937-8997 WA   631006235    $ 37.21 Services

02/23/12 02/24/12 T-MOBILE RECURRING PMT 800-937-8997 WA   871571756     $ 38.25 Services

I'm really upset with T-Mobile for not conducting their own investigation to protect their customers from scams like these.

I'll try to call T-Mobile Fraud Department 1-888-624-5173 today and get an answer.

In response to the "double payment issue"

Dear Pablo, I am an employee of t-mobile. I want to let you in on a little known secret as to why you are seeing double charges on your credit card statements when using easy pay. Your credit card company has to put a hold on the payment that you are sending out in request to have us "T-mobile" take your payment. Once your payment is processed, ususally with credit cards, within 30 days(statement time), that "double charge" is taken off. It is insuring the consumer (yourself) that the payment is being made, as well as insuring that the company (t-mobile) is receiving the payment. This happens a lot when you use a credit card that is not a debit card. I can assure you that you are not being double charged, and that when we look in your account in our system, we are telling you what we are seeing, that you are not being double charged. My suggestion is this, contact your credit card company, speak with the management team there, and have them explain their "charging processes" to you. This is how they do things, I know, I watch them do it to me all the time. If you have questions or concerns though, and still feel like you're getting the "raw deal" please call us at customer care, we can answer those questions for you. I am sorry that it takes a long time to get a good explanation, but I want you to know, it's not on our policy anywhere, to double charge you for any of your services. Please review your contract!

It appears that someone else is also using your credit card info besdies you. You have done the right thing by disputing the charges with your bank to get the charges reversed but you should also definitely have them close that acct and issue you a new one.
