He is right, we made an honest mistake. I understand his frustration and we have issued a credit to his credit card for the full amount of his order. We process thousands of orders very successfully every year. However, we did make a mistake with this gentleman. We have instituted new processes internally to make sure this does not happen again. In April I did tell him we were issuing credit. Somehow this fell thru the cracks of delegation. The next time I heard from him was this morning saying he filed this report. I instantly issued a credit to his credit card once I discovered it had not been done, and notified him that I was sorry for the situation and it had been resolved. The response I received from Duncan was filled with vulgarities and name calling. So to recap - we HAVE issued credit, and put new policies in place to insure this will not happen again.
