Caveat Emptor " Buyer Beware"
I purchase 25 live mortgage leads from this company, inwhich they claim that all the leads are pre-qualify and the conversion rates are 30% - 35% range!
They hired a telemarketing company outside the US.to cold call into the U.S.. This telemarkating company target older Americans to refi their mortgage, with the promised to lower thier rates. This is a clear violation with the U.S. mortgage laws. I was told that clients would call into their office inorder to obtain a mortgage and then those leads would be transfer to me.
Every single lead that they sent my way was junk, after the first day I told the sales rep that I want to cancel, and he explained that they don't offer any cancellation or refund.
So, I asked the the credit card to reverse the charges inwhich one company found that this company wasn't acting as promosied. The 2nd card company instructed me to file with the FTC and CFPB which is still being investigate.
My lawyer sent out a summons to their corporate headquarters, which come to find out that their company headquarters is a UPS store mailbox.
The Jackson Sheriff is still currently searching for the owner Caleb Guillory.
If you are planning to purchase anything from this company, I would advise you to do your research and be careful dealing with any company that hides behind a UPS store mailbox.
I am asking this company to refund me in full, and I want wouldn't stop until final action has been resolve.
