Tahiti Village Resorts (Roseann Barr) $98 Rip Off!! Las Vegas Nationwide
I recently heard an ad on the radio, for a free 3 day 2 night stay in vegas hosted by Tahiti Village. Roseann Barr was the spokesperson for the advertisement. When I called for the information, they told me there was a $98 hold (not a reservation!) that was fully REFUNDABLE, to hold a spot for a year and a half. Well we found a better deal and had already planned a trip to the another Vegas resort. When I called to get my deposit back the man on the phone told me that unless we take the tour for 2 hour in Vegas or Orlando, we will not be able to get our $98 back. We never signed a contract or any other paperwork...we took the operators word for it and now are out $98 unless we pay to fly to one of the resorts and go on the tour! Is there anyone else out there that actually got their money back? Please let me know! Thanks!

I used to trust what I heard on a certain late-night radio talk show. I won't list the name but it is has the highest ratings in the USA for a late night,syndicated talk show. I used to feel like we were all a family who listened to that show. AND THEN CAME THE TAHITI VILLAGE COMMERCIALS WITH THE HOST OF THE SHOW WHOM I ADMIRED AND RESPECTED VERY MUCH PRETENDING HE WAS DOING AN INTERVIEW WITH THE WASHED-UP JAMES BOND BABE with the sexy, husky voice and then the space-case Roseann Barr who did the same interview the first broad did with the same late night radio talk show host. This is NOT a guest host. THIS IS THE REGULAR HOST AND HE AND I ARE THE SAME AGE SO HE PROBABLY GOT THE SAME MORAL EDUCATION I DID SO HE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER. I HOPE HE GOT PAID UP FRONT IN FULL FOR THIS ADVERTISEMENT BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE TO ME THESE TAHITI VILLAGE PROMOTERS WILL SHARK EVERYBODY THEY CAN AND IT IS NOT UNLIKE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPER CROOKS TO CHEAT THE MEDIA THAT THEY ADVERTISE IN OUT OF ADVERTISING REVENUE. With the HUGE listener demographic this certain late night radio talk show has, these crooks can con a BUNCH of people out of A LOT OF MONEY --and still have plenty of suckers to run through to have their pockets picked... I don't know if the late night radio talk show host knows what is going on with this advertiser or not because MONEY buys you a LOT of FRIENDSHIPS and anything else you want, it seems. I also tried to call that call show the other night when this talk show host was on their air and I got through on one of the telephone numbers that they give on the air and encourage you to call and I did..and the phone rang and rang and NOBODY answered. So I have to wonder how many of the people who call that show are really listeners and not shills.... I still listen but it would be a s****.... Good luck with your problem. I think you can kiss off your $98.
