Complaint Review: tailored realty - Lake Worth Florida

The fact is a check was made out to Tailored Realty for an escrow deposit. The deal went out of contract and a check was not returned Somewhere somehow the money was stolen. This situation is quite murky with everyone pointing the finger at each other. Only time will tell to what actually happened and I imagine with escrow monies being stolen the local authorities may soon be involved if they are not involved already. Whatever the case may be, Lloyd Taylor is trying his best now to make good. Lloyd Taylor from his personal checking account is paying people back and has paid me back as well with a personal check.

First of all let me start by saying that I am a loyal assistant to Lloyd Taylor and have been associated with Tailored Realty LLC since its inception.  Tailored Realty & Associates is a seperate entity open by Patricia Seiwert with Lloyd Taylors permission and direct supervision.  Once Lloyd Taylor recieved the first notification of any wrong doing on behalf of Miss Seiwert and her crew he immediately took action by freezing  the escrow and contacting all potential victims. It was a research process that took some time due to the lack of Patricia's honesty about the people she stole from. Patricia and her crew packed up after bisness hours one day and took everything, leaving Lloyd with no records, checkbooks, account information, and personal valuables (computers etc.).!!!.  We had to fight tooth and nail to uncover the persons, dollar amounts and actions involved in Patricias scam..   Lloyd Taylor was fully aware that it would ultimately be his responsibilty to make right any wrong doing to anyone, beings that he was broker of record. What this person fails to mention is that Mr. Taylor was also a victim..  Anyone can get ripped off, unfortunatley she ripped off Lloyd Taylor's reputation and more money then any other victim involved. Even still Lloyd wants to be sure that everyone is paid before him, and if he doesnt get paid back, he will chalk it up to trusting the wrong person. Patricia Seiwert who had access along with her significant other and her niece (whom Patricia forged Mr. Taylors signature to add to the Escrow account) purposfully took the money from the escrow only in the last days of their occupancy at Tailored Realty & Associates.  LLoyd Taylor did not write a single check nor did he make a single deposit or withdrawl from the account.  The entire escrow account was reconsiled monthly with no cause for alarm, until the first complaint.  The reason Mr. Taylor contacted this individual whos careless words can ruin a hardworking honest mans reputation, was to let them know that he took this very serious was apologetic for Patricia's actions and to let them know that he was a victim and not a participent in any way of this hanous wrong doing..  To address the reporter who made this damaging statement with regards to the repayment offer.  All parties involved have either been paid all or some of what is owed to them and not by Patricia but by Lloyd Taylor (again a victim) or are in arragments to be paid off.  They have all been notified and offered repayment, so I cant imagine why they would throw Lloyd under the bus when every party is aware that Lloyd Taylor was not the cause of there inconvenience..  I completely understand their frustration with Patricia, we feel the same way if not much much worse.  At least they will all be paid.  Lloyd is the last to get paid if at all, not to mention the attorney fees, the state and business penalties, and last but not least the tarnishing of Mr. Taylors reputation that he has worked so hard for over 20 years in the Real Estate industry with 0 complaints of any kind..   This type of person who makes these claims on a public venue should have a moral responsibilty to be fair to those trying to help them.. Lloyd has made every attempt, at every turn in these chains of event to try help everyone involved, to only be victimized again, now by these people who just want to get their money back at the expense of his and Tailored Realty's reputation.  I say go ahead, bash the person responsible all day long, but you owe Lloyd a recant and update of your current status within this matter..  You took the time to smear him, do like him and take the time to make it right..    Respectfully,  Janet (((ROR redacted))) CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report.
