Complaint Review: Tammy Gilchrist - Cloverdale Indiana

Let me start out by saying everything I wrote is what happened, there is no stretch of the truth in any of it except that I could have gone into greater detail on many things. I ordered a puppy in April, in that time when the heat embargo came which was not in April,or May but did happen at the end of June,so on June 30th I said I would come and get my puppy and you screemed at me that you had a life and would not sit around for me to pick up my puppy because you had a rodeo to go to. On July 1st Julie contacted me and said would send refund but no money came. I could go on and on with this whole story but I wont because the points that need to be made are these, there were 5 of us who found each other on the internet that had big issues with your place and my puppy was the only snub nose, we were all ignored after you got our money and left to hang for months. Yes I finally got my puppy on October 12th, 6 months after I started out, 6 months of alot of tears from my children every time it was to come and didnt, and several months of never hearing from you at all except when I called on Aug.1st and you called back screeming so loud my children could hear you across the room and you stated I never ordered a puppy and would not get one or a refund. What did you expect me to do? nothing! I filed complaints every place that would take them. No family should have to go thru that to get a puppy, but there were several of us who did and that is not an experiance that I would wish on anyone. I did get my puppy and he was worth every report I had to file but that dosent make the way this was handled right. I have an entire file of nothing but reports and documents, that was how I spent my summer, I was to spend my summer potty training and playing with a new member of my family. Now I get to potty train in the freezing cold which was not by choice. If even a small bit of what you say is true I would suggest you learn to handle things in a better way because I can tell you from experiance people do not like to feel they were ripped off, taken advantage of, strung along, screemed at and just plain ignored.

i own an have owned kritter heaven no kill purebred rescue since 1983 .. and am very up set this woman lied ... sue contacted adorablepaws which is a breeder that works with us an does donate puppies to our cause .. but continental airlines put a hold on shipping snub nose pups .. this is for the safety of the animal snub nose pups can not breathe and when we are slammed with a heat embargo for the safety of the animal it can not ship .. people do care about the animal unlike sue this person who wrote these lies ( by they way never came back on here an stated she got her puppy did she ) .. there was another pug that could not ship to east coast that lady wonderfull understood this is not in our control an agreed to waite till baby could go .. now two other people were also great an waitting on french bulldog babys.. after the heat embargo lift was pulled from air lines .. we were able to get the pugs out but to be fair and allow them to still get a baby i stepped in an took over for julie of adorablepaws to take two of my pug babys in replace of the older babys waitting so that the new owners they could still bond an be able to break an train there baby .. this whole thing has gotten out of hand .. the atty general was also spoken to about this matter w/ our corp atty .. and yes our web site states no refunds all money goes to saving lifes of dumped an un wanted adult dogs in pounds that would be killed if we did not pull them on death days nor treat them humane societys an pounds do not medicaly treat animals lets face it they kill them and the people that come to us an adopt puppys also know per our web written by our atty .. that rescues are not perfect .. we do all we can shots an wormings but lets face it something could be going on inside that we or our vet can not see at that time .. so in writting we do replace rescue puppys.. people have come to our farm and see the animals are in 21x 40 heated and air conditioned in door our door buildings but we also do horse rescue .. we have alot of wonderfull people that jump in take 3 legged babys no tail babys just great people but to dog us over something that is not true .. DID THIS PERSON GO BACK ON HERE AN TELL YOU SHE GOT HER BABY AS WE PROMISE AS SOON AS WE COULD GET IT ON THE PLANE TO HER? .. no all you read is lies she called us an was very happy with her baby pug emnail her contact her i can give you her tel number the baby is great healthy an she got her puppy ... i never ripped any one off they agreed to my terms when they adopt a puppy they contact me but per the agreement no refunds so if you find a cheaper puppy or a closer puppy and just feel i want my money back no refunds and people do that all the time one called an sd my wifes pregnant an he felt she could not handle the stress of a puppy give me a break how is that woman gonna handle a child hmm any way to harm a no kill rescue is just wrong if your up set fine but go back an tell the trurth an correct you miss leading infromation be an adult cause these babys need you people i can not do this on my own last yr you the people by adopting babys saved 1000's of adult dogs from being killed .. saved 6 heart wormed animals which would of been dead if we did not take them but we were only able to save them beacuse of you the people i have been around since 1983 it is just a lil odd all of a sudden i am a rip off now there are other breeders we work with there dogs and they are here they rent from me it is my land but i assure you every one gets there puppy ... as long as they follow the terms of the agreement .. and i am not married to mr workman.. julie herrick has her own kennel adorablepaws and she does help me here i am only one person .. sam had a baby this yr and is fine in North dakota puppys r us is no longer and has not been in our program for 2 yrs teks kennels has been closed since tornado wipped all the dogs an kennels out alomsot 3 yrs now i got rapped up in this because i helped sue get her baby when julie came to me did i get a thank you ? the reason i have not really sd any thing was cause it the internet come on any one with out any proof can come on here and just say what ever thats not fair an karma it real... kritter
