Not sure what if any legal recourse you might have against the poster (if some lawyer tells you they'll take the case I'd suggest making sure it's one of those deals where if you don't win you don't pay). But as far as the website, there's no chance of suing them. All their doing is allowing people to post their opinions in a public forum. They do some review to make sure the post is not against their Terms Of Service. Don't know if you read them when you decided to post but by posting you agreed if anything case came against the website that it'll go through arbitration and not the courts. But please feel free to keep us up to date with your interactions with the OP. Sounds like this might be a good one to follow.

 It amazes me how ignorant people are today . I don't know what this idiot is trying to do to me but I'm going to lawyer in the morning. I have only spoken to one person about an RV and it's this puss . Where he came up with the rest of his story baffles me. I guess it's because he lost his job and can't afford it anymore. He was desperate for me to buy it and hounded me after the first phone call I made to him. I have been very very ill over the last two years I have lost some vision and am colorblind now. I have optic neuritis in both eyes causing severe headaches daily not that it's any of this son of a b***h business .

I live in Plano he lives somewhere up north I think but he said the RV was in Shreveport LA. I have trouble seeing to drive and doctors appointments and hospitalization weekly and monthly. My medical bills are around 200,000 dollars. I was very reluctant to send this fool 7000 cash when I haven't even seen the RV in person , hell there might not be an RV. I have never attempted to purchase an RV from anyone. He hounded me until I somewhat relented. He wanted me to wire him 7000 dollars to his bank and then have a driver that he found go pick it up and deliver it to Texarkana because my car won't pull a fifth wheel . I had not signed a contract and found out my disability was denied for now.

I told him I could not purchase his RV because I was not sure if I could make payments and would not do that to anyone. I told him I would not be purchasing his RV and he became angry. I really didn't give a d**n. I can't help it if he's in over his head and broke. The picture of me that he so kindly posted was me having a test to see if I was having seizures. I had to wear that stuff on my head for 3 days. I sent it to him earlier to show him just a part of what I'm going through. He's probably going to have his rv repossessed because he said he can't afford it and I have emails begging me to buy it. He was relentless. He's his wife's bi*ch so she could have done this I don't really know. I think it takes a real piece of sh*t to exploit a sick person in this way. These last two years have been the most miserable time in my life.

The GOOD NEWS is im going to file a law suit against him and this web site for exploiting me . This could keep someone from future employment. I'm hoping I won't have to worry about money when I whip his a*s in court. I would never in a million years do what this bi*ch has accused me of. I live with family and they will testify this is bullsh*t. Any way Jim get your nuts out of your wife's purse when you come to court and as far as the drunk that runs this website he can get ready also. His (((REDACTED – VIOLATON IN TERMS OF SERVICE))) hungover a*s wasn't even out of bed at 9 am when I woke him up !!! This site should be shut down and I intend to do so. You cannot go around making up whatever you pull out of your a*s because your broke and exploit pictures of innocent people. I really don't even understand the story he tells!!?? I was not limited to money either !! I just felt like he was a creepy con artist!!! When I find his last name and address and phone number I will post it !!!

 I have been taken advantage of while selling things on Craigslist. Since I've been sick I thought it would be a good idea to buy an RV so I can live cheap until I'm well. I'm in Plano the RV was in Louisiana. Neither one of us were very confident in doing the deal. I was scared to send him 7000 cash and then drive to Louisiana and it not be there. In the mean time right before I was working things out with the owner I find out my disability has been denied . I was surely not going to put 7000 down and then not be able to make payments. I have a lawyer for my disability and I will go ahead and take care of this slander and right out lie immediately. I cannot believe the nerve of this son of a b****. Stupid Mother f*****
