Tampa Elite Motorcycle & Automotive Repair Shop Unprofessional, arrogant, don't give work order receipts Tampa Florida
Mike, the shop owner, is an ignorant, arrogant man who is so unprofessional that he made a public post on his personal Facebook page about bike riders who live in both New Port Richey and Hudson Florida. In the post he called people in these areas names, made negative comments and stated things that no real business owner would ever say especially when bike riders who live in the areas he spoke about could have been ones, like me, who have put money into his pocket.
Both myself and some friends have visited his shop before and have had our bikes serviced by him. The quality of work was definitely not what would be expected, the parts and labor are overpriced, and services were not performed in the time frame advised originally. They only want to accept cash, imagine that. Rip off people much? ???
To top this all of they do not give any work order receipts, offer no warranties, and they bash other shops and people living in certain areas on their Facebook pages. I don't consider this professional at all. Take my suggestion and take your business elsewhere, unless you plan on being ripped off, overcharged, and not giving the quality of work your bike deserves.
By the way, his post was pointed out to me by someone I know. He has since removed it but don't worry I screenshot it so just a heads up, don't say things you don't want out there cuz deleting a post can't change what was said. he tried to call people out just because they live and ride from a certain area of town yet he is the one who should be called out for being ignorant, arrogant and a true unprofessional who obviously can't keep opinions to himself. If you're going to run a shop you might want to learn to do that.
Mike needs to learn to shut his mouth and instead of acting big and bad, sHow that in the quality of your work at your shop. That's a real man.
